The Ao Daï is the traditional costume for Vietnamese women. Vietnamese women and girls wear the Ao Daï for a variety of occasions: as school uniform for secondary school, for their weddings and for national holidays such as the New Year celebrations of Têt. In times past, the Ao Daï was reserved solely for the nobility.
These Ao Daïs are composed of a long sleeveless tunic, made in silk and open at the sides, and matching trousers. They hang well and are very pleasant to wear from the springtime onwards.
Models 1 and 2 have tunics and trousers of the same colour.
